1. DISCLAIMER OF ACCURACY

LottoLogic is an analytical and educational platform that provides statistical analysis, probability calculations, and pattern recognition tools for lottery numbers.

CRITICAL NOTICE: LottoLogic DOES NOT predict winning lottery numbers. Our platform uses mathematical calculations and historical data analysis only. Lottery drawings are random events, and past patterns do not guarantee future results.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS

Users acknowledge that:

  • Lottery outcomes are determined by random drawing
  • Statistical analysis cannot guarantee winning numbers
  • No tool, algorithm, or platform can predict lottery results
  • Using LottoLogic does not increase your chances of winning
  • Historical data does not indicate future outcomes

3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

LottoLogic is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. Users should not rely on LottoLogic's analysis as the sole basis for purchasing lottery tickets or making financial decisions.

6. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at R50.00 (South African Rand) via Payfast.

Recurring Charges: By purchasing a Premium subscription, you authorize LottoLogic to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely through Payfast (payfast.co.za). LottoLogic does not store your full payment details.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you will be notified and your Premium access may be suspended until payment is successful.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to:

  • Use LottoLogic only for lawful purposes
  • Not misrepresent LottoLogic's capabilities to others
  • Not claim that LottoLogic predicts winning numbers
  • Accept all risks associated with lottery gambling
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

8. MATHEMATICAL CALCULATIONS DISCLAIMER

While LottoLogic uses accurate mathematical formulas and algorithms:

  • Mathematical accuracy does not equal predictive accuracy
  • Calculations may contain errors despite our efforts
  • Random events cannot be predicted by any mathematical model
  • We provide no warranty regarding the accuracy of results

9. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using LottoLogic, you consent to our data handling practices. We do not sell your data to third parties.

10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

LottoLogic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of LottoLogic constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. LIMITATION OF USE

LottoLogic is intended for users who are:

  • At least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)

12. JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa, and users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

  • You will not hold LottoLogic liable for any losses or damages
  • You authorize recurring billing for Premium subscriptions
